A. Category annotation (Primary & Secondary)

The goal is to recognize and commend secondary and primary schools that have excelled in promoting STEAM education.

B. Participation notice

1. The school must have relevant experience in promoting STEAM education and have achieved certain results.
2. School policies should include measures to support the promotion of STEAM education;
3. Schools must be full-time or half-day primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong;
4. Schools that have been awarded "Outstanding STEAM School" or "Top Ten Innovative Technology Education Schools" in city-wide or national competitions may reapply for this category three years after receiving the award.
5. Submit a STEAM education report, including:
   • i. School Profile;
   • ii. STEAM Education Philosophy;
   • iii. Achievements in promoting STEAM both inside and outside the school;
   • iv. Professional development of STEAM teachers, staffing, and resource investment;
   • v. Awards in external STEAM competitions;
   • vi. Summary and Evaluation Report.

C. Judging criteria

推廣性	學校推動STEAM教育及相關活動的模式及方案，具推廣意義 和推廣價值
機制健全	學校領導重視，注重STEAM教師專業發展、人員配置及資源 投入充足
可行性	學校推動STEAM教育及相關活動的方案具可操作性
實踐成效	學校在校外各類STEAM比賽中的獲獎情況

D. Instructions for submission

You can register first and submit later.

The online registration form will ask participants to choose "Submit Now" or "Submit Later."

If "Submit Now" is selected, the form will display upload fields and require uploading electronic files.

If "Submit Later" is selected, after successful registration, a confirmation email will provide an edit link. Participants can use this link to edit and choose "Submit Now" before the deadline.

If participants fail to submit their entries before the submission deadline, their eligibility will be automatically canceled, and no participation certificates will be issued.
