1st Place award of Student Organized Science and Technology Activity - Food Science Series
In order to promote science to students, the Science Club of our school organized a “Food Science Series” to relate science to our daily lives - food. In this “Food Science series”, a wide range of activities were held to promote balanced diet, molecular gastronomy and food test. These activities included a visit to “food science” exhibition, a creative demonstration to guests at school (to foster adolescents’ creativity and innovation), two workshops on food test and molecular gastronomy as well as video broadcasts about food science through Campus TV. Some hands-on experiments of molecular gastronomy will be introduced to the public during school open day in May.
